Due to a security concern, your Duo Mobile app will be reset later today by staff in Information Services.
Please review the following information to minimize the impact on your access to UO technology resources.
When your app is reset, two things will occur:
- Duo Push and Duo Mobile passcodes will be temporarily unavailable until you take action to reactivate your Duo Mobile app
- During this time, you'll still be able to use the Other Options link at the bottom of the Duo prompt to select an SMS passcode or phone call option
- During this time, you'll still be able to use the Other Options link at the bottom of the Duo prompt to select an SMS passcode or phone call option
- You'll receive a text message from Duo (389732) with an easy method to reactivate your app:
- Tap the link, which will open the Duo Mobile app for you
- Tap Save in the app
- You're done!
If you need assistance, please:
- Submit a ticket at Two-Step Login (Duo) Support.
- Contact the IT staff who support your unit.
- Otherwise, contact the Technology Service Desk.
