Our records indicate that you do not have alternate contact information listed on your university Duck ID account. We strongly recommend that you visit Duck ID Self-Service and add a non-university email address and/or cell phone number to your account.
To add or update your alternate contact information, please follow these steps:
1) Go to Duck ID Self-Service (>)
2) Select "Manage your Duck ID"
3) Log in using your Duck ID and password
4) Select "Update Password Recovery Options"
5) Set your preferred Account Recovery email and/or your SMS number and carrier
Please note that this information will not be shared with any third parties. This alternate email address or phone number will only be used to provide enhanced security, such as Duo multi-factor authentication, or to assist you with account recovery if your account is ever locked or compromised.
The University of Oregon will soon be requiring all users to have one or both forms of alternate contact information associated with their campus account. This request is part of this effort.
