I am reaching out because our records indicate that your UO Alert contact information has not been inputted correctly. This may be a formatting error or too few/too many numbers. In order to ensure you receive UO Alert texts, please review and edit your information using the following the directions. For more information, go to safety.uoregon.edu/uo-alerts.
UO Alert
• Log into DuckWeb (https://duckweb.uoregon.edu)
• Select the "Personal Information" page
• Select the "Personal Information Application" link.
• Sign in with your Duck ID.
• Scroll down to the "Phone Number" block
• Review information in "UO Alert Emergency Cell Phone (Primary)". If your information is incorrect or contains any dashes or parentheses, click on the pencil icon to edit the information. Click “Update” to save.
• To enter a secondary phone number, Click "Add New" and select "UO Alert Emergency Cell #2" from Phone Type drop down, and enter your text-enable mobile phone number, including area code. Click “Add.”
