The following messages are legitimate and should be expected to be received by a user who has had a temporary disable administered onto their account by Information Services. For example, if the user's account is considered compromised, the following messages will be sent to said user upon the account being temporarily disabled, until it can no longer be considered compromised.

Dear
Your Duck ID account has been locked by the UO Information Security Office due to an account compromise. In order to reactivate your account, you must contact UO IT staff.

Students should contact the Technology Service Desk:
